Dear Eugenia Collier,
For starters, this is a good story to me. The part that caught my attention was when the girl start learning she was being childish. Also, when she realized that she wasn't pulling the root's right she pulled the flowers out the ground. She realized that she always had energy in her body. But, she felt that nobody ever paid attention to her. So, she realized that she needed to grow up and let everything go. I liked the story but i also though it could have been better. I don't know anyone personally that can relate to this story, but overall it's still a good story. "The witch was no longer a witch but only a broken old women who had dared to create beauty in the mist of ugliness and sterility." That's the quote that really caught my attention from the article.
Sincerely,
Joshua Anderson
